CUTTING
Sag Hidrolik has a cutting capacity of over 300,000 tubes per month. It processes tubes with diameters ranging from 4 to 70 mm and thicknesses up to 4 mm, using CNC machines
BENDING
With 14 CNC tube bending machines, Sag Hidrolik is capable of bending tubes of any material, according to customer specifications, with diameters ranging from 4 to 70 mm
SHAPING
Sag Hidrolik is capable of performing any shape and contour on the ends of tubes up to ø 70 mm: tapering, widening, flaring, simple edging, and edging with shoulder, etc.
BREZING
Besides six stations for manual brazing, Sag Hidrolik has a department for furnace brazing in a controlled atmosphere to improve the quality of components requiring excellent alloy penetration.
WELDING
Sag Hidrolik can fit tubes at the ends by flaring, with any type of ORFS, JIC, DIN connections, from ø 6 to ø 42 mm
FLARING

ZINC PLATING (GALVANIZING)
Sag Hidrolik has an electrolytic galvanizing plant, with performance resistant to salt spray for up to 360 hours. The facility includes alkaline zinc tanks for optimizing the surface treatment of fitted tubes, and exclusively uses products free from hexavalent chromium
FLEXIBLE ASSEMBLY
Sag Hidrolik assembles any type of flexible and iron-rubber hoses for low, medium, and high pressures from 1/8″ up to 2″, either through the simple installation of clamps or by crimping ferrules or sleeves using controlled hydraulic presses
FINISHING
With manual systems, SAG Hidrolik is capable of applying any type of labeling, whether adhesive or metallic, to finished piping, or making engravings through punching. To maintain the contamination standard required by the customer, SAG Hidrolik can apply various types of protection to the ends.
TESTING
SAG Hidrolik has a testing department for leak tests. Tests can be conducted under pressure with air up to 20 bar, and with oil up to 350 bar. It also conducts vacuum testing.
